Tim Holtz Alcohol Inks from Ranger are fast-drying transparent dye-based inks specially formulated to produce colorful effects on non-porous surfaces. Mix the Metallic Mixative and Blending Solution with the colored inks for a unique polished effect. Experiment with various techniques to create vibrant layered backgrounds for use on cards and mixed media projects with unlimited colorful possibilities.
