Soluvar Final Picture Varnish

This is an archival, removable varnish that protects oil and acrylic paintings and allows for the removal of dirt without damaging the painting underneath. When applied as a final varnish it dries to a clear, non-tacky, water resistant, and hard film that prevents dirt and pollutants from contacting the painting surface.

Soluvar Varnish is self-leveling and will not hold brush strokes. It’s flexible, so it won’t crack from temperature and humidity changes, and it’s also resistant to discoloration.

Soluvar Varnish is available as a liquid in 8 oz. and 32 oz. bottles, and as an aerosol in 13 1/2 oz. spray cans. It's also available in both gloss and matte finishes.
