Tacky-When-Dry Gel Medium

Tacky-When-Dry Gel Medium goes on white and turns clear when it dries leaving a tacky surface. Great for applying foil or gold leafing. Just spread out a thin layer with a palette knife or brush or apply through a stencil. The foil will release easily on the completely dry tacky surface by rubbing with your fingers.
