Grafix Stencil Film allows you to create or copy designs and turn them into templates instantly. Simply draw or trace a design with a pen, cut out with scissors or a utility knife, and you're ready to stencil. Great with punches, decorative scissors and die cut machines. Each package contains four 9 in. x 12 in. sheets of see-through light blue or frosted matte finish.
